500 year-old pub conversion in Sevenoaks to create a beautiful and comfortable family home.

Client's Requirements: A comfortable yet interesting family home for 21st Century Living. They wanted to celebrate its history, keeping as many original features as possible whilst opening up and modernising the living spaces. This conversion was in the most stunning location surrounded by open countryside so it was key to ensure that there was as much natural light as possible and that they fully benefited from the views from every aspect.

Final Design: Rustic Industrial Transitional - bringing together both old and new design features and finishes whilst using an array of natural raw materials such as reclaimed scaffold boards, oak beams, brick, iron, copper and brass. Connected, comfortable and relaxed living spaces, feature windows - views and natural light, Neutral colour palette with rich accent colours, tactile and textured finishes such as Brick-Reclaimed Wood-Leather-Copper and Brass Accents-Soft Furnishings. Smart Home System throughout and an Under Floor Heating System to the first floor.
